I’ve been offering my services to people of all ages in the Woodbridge area since 2000, and I’m here to give you the personalized attention you deserve so that you can reach your full potential.

All About Me and Studio

I have a passion for teaching piano. I work well with ages 7 through adult and take great pleasure in helping students develop their love of music through piano lessons.

Lessons are tailored to each student’s ability and interest.

Experience:

Over 20 years teaching private piano lessons in home studio
5 years providing private piano lessons at Prince William Academy
Approximately 15 years performing in the Northern Virginia area

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of PA
Major Instrument, Piano
Minor Instrument, Violin
MBA from Strayer University, VA

Lessons:

Private Instruction is $30.00 per half-hour lesson, $45 per 45 minute lesson
Payment weekly or monthly, Zelle, PayPal

Mrs. Dotson is one of the most experienced, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and gracious professors. We have had other piano professors before but none truly as wonderful as Mrs. Dotson. She demonstrates genuine interest in the growth of her students. She caters her teaching towards the individual interest of her students in order for them to reach their true potential and keep the classes always interesting and challenging.
